Supported providers

Connection workflow
Section titled “Connection workflow”- Open Integrations and choose the telephony provider.
- Enter the provider credentials from its admin console.
- Save and run validation.
- Add or synchronize an owned phone number.
- Assign it to a tested agent.
- Place one inbound and/or outbound test appropriate to the provider.
- Confirm call status, transcript, recording, and provider identifiers.
Number assignment
Section titled “Number assignment”An inbound number routes to its assigned active agent. Outbound campaigns may select one number or a pool of up to ten using smart, round-robin, or sequential rotation.
Common failures
Section titled “Common failures”- Invalid or expired provider credentials.
- Number is not owned by the connected account.
- Country/region permissions block the destination.
- Provider webhook or application URL is not configured.
- Agent is inactive or the number is assigned elsewhere.
- Insufficient provider balance or concurrency.
