Integrations overview

VaniAgent integrations appear in two product areas: Integrations for providers and outbound webhooks, and Contacts → Integrations for lead-source sync. This guide brings both together.

Recommended order

1. Connect and validate the provider.
2. Import or create a test contact.
3. Perform one controlled call or message.
4. Inspect the VaniAgent record.
5. Confirm the downstream callback or sync result.
6. Only then enable production automation.

Note

Dashboard integration endpoints and credential payloads are private configuration interfaces. They are intentionally excluded from the public Developer API.
