VaniAgent's dashboard is the source of truth for current prices and entitlements. Open **Pricing** to compare the live plans available to your account.

## How billing is presented

- Plan price and included monthly credits.
- Per-minute rate by available voice/provider tier.
- Included phone-number count.
- Concurrent channel allowance.
- Campaign, lead, and retry limits.
- Recording retention, AI summary level, and browser-test allowance.
- Optional phone-number and channel add-ons when offered.

The current billing interface uses INR and Razorpay. Account credits can be topped up, subject to the minimum displayed in the dashboard. A call consumes credit according to the active plan and selected voice/provider configuration.

Do not copy a price from documentation into a purchase order. Prices, taxes, add-ons, fair-use conditions, and plan availability can change; confirm them in **Pricing** at purchase time.

After payment, verify both the credit balance and active subscription tier. Contact support with the Razorpay order/payment identifier if verification does not complete.
