## Prerequisites

- An IndiaMART seller account with lead access.
- The CRM/lead API key from the IndiaMART seller portal.
- A VaniAgent follow-up plan: owner, tags, campaign, or contact stream.

## Connect

Open **Contacts → Integrations → IndiaMART**, add the API key, and save. VaniAgent performs an initial synchronization. Use **Sync now** for a controlled refresh and inspect the result before enabling automation.

## Imported data

Imported records use source `indiamart`. VaniAgent also applies an enquiry-type tag when available:

- `enquiry`
- `buy-lead`
- `pns-call`
- `whatsapp-enquiry`

## Route new leads

Create a campaign with a contact-stream source filtered to IndiaMART, or use tags and status to qualify leads before calling. A typical flow is:

`IndiaMART enquiry → Contact → VaniAgent call/WhatsApp → status and tags → CRM webhook`

If sync fails, re-check the key in the seller portal, inspect the last-sync message, and avoid repeatedly creating a second integration for the same account.
