KYC is required before calling arbitrary destinations or creating production campaigns. Before approval, your account may be limited to its assigned demo number and your own verified test number.

## Documents

| Account use | Document 1 | Document 2 |

| Business | Incorporation certificate | Business Tax ID or GST certificate |
| Personal | PAN card | Aadhaar card |

Files must be JPG, PNG, or WEBP and no larger than 5 MB each. You must also provide a clear use-case description and accept the terms.

## Submit the application

1. Open **Phone numbers → KYC**.
2. Choose **New KYC Application**.
3. Upload both documents.
4. Describe who will be called, why, and how consent is obtained.
5. Accept the terms and submit.
6. Track the result under **History**.

Statuses include `pending`, `submitted`, `under_review`, `approved`, and `rejected`. If rejected, open the record, review the reason, and use **Re-upload KYC**.

After approval, return to **Phone numbers**, confirm the assigned number, attach it to a tested agent, and place one controlled call.
