Campaigns support timezone-aware call windows. Quick Qualify campaigns use configured start/end hours, with a default operational window of 09:00–21:00 in the campaign timezone when no explicit values are provided.

## Before launch

- Confirm the contact has an appropriate consent or lawful outreach basis.
- Apply your organization's DND/NCPR screening process.
- Confirm applicable TRAI, DLT, industry, and provider rules.
- Select the correct timezone and permitted calling window.
- Provide an opt-out and record `junk_dnc` when outreach must stop.
